Mike decillis for ny-11
Mike is a Democrat running for Congress in NY-11. He understands that our democracy is disappearing in real time. In the next Congress, Mike will fight to build guardrails to protect our rights, and ensure the government serves everyone — not just billionaires.
He is a fourth-generation Staten Islander, third-generation union member who has worked 35 years in public service. He has worked here, he commuted here — he gets it.
Mike was a paramedic, 9/11 first responder, retired NYPD police officer, civil litigation attorney, special education teacher, and former Chief of Staff in the New York State Assembly.
Now Mike wants to bring his decades of real-world experience to represent you in Congress.
He would be honored to serve Staten Islanders and South Brooklynites in Congress.
Mike is the only Democratic candidate on the ballot for the June Congressional primary with an active campaign. His primary opponent dropped out of the race on April 20th.
Early voting runs from June 13 - June 21, 2026. The last day you can vote for Mike in the Democratic primary is June 23, 2026. In order to have a Democratic challenger against Nicole Malliotakis in the fall, you must cast your ballot for Mike in June.
